As the Art Director for the Grapes Web3 project, I led the creative development of this vibrant, family-friendly entertainment brand, overseeing all visual outputs and ensuring a cohesive identity across every touchpoint. From designing the NFT collection of 3,333 meticulously-drawn grape characters to crafting promotional campaigns, mobile games, and merchandise, I built a connected brand ecosystem that spanned both digital and physical platforms.I developed foundational brand assets, visual guidelines, and storytelling frameworks, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing and product goals. Strategically planning the rollout of visuals and campaigns, I helped create a compelling narrative that engaged a broad audience while establishing Grapes as a trusted and recognisable entertainment IP. By carefully considering every design detail - from colour palettes to character traits - I strengthened the brand's identity and ensured it stood out in the competitive Web3 landscape. This work showcases the power of creative strategy and bold execution in building a memorable, cross-media brand.
